Shipping and Delivery:
Our standard shipping timeline typically involves a processing period of 1-2 days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 6-7 days for the product to reach the customer.


All products available for purchase on www.oliveware.com are designated as non-returnable. However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, you may request a replacement within a 7-day window. It is advisable to review our replacement policy prior to completing your purchase. Products received by customer without any defect or damage will not be eligible for replacement.

We want you to be super happy when you shop on our website. But, if you get a product that's broken or damage, don't worry. Just get in touch with our customer care team, and we'll help you out. We might even replace the product if needed.


Curious about Replacement:
If you get the wrong or damaged item, we can help. You need to request a replacement within 7 days of getting the item. You can do this by calling or messaging us at "8199985049". When you request a replacement, you have to upload pictures of the invoice, the item, and it's packaging you received.


We won't accept replacements for:
  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Products with tampered.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.

*Note: Cancellation of an order is only possible if it has not yet been dispatched from our facility. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
